Terms & Conditions Booking If you are a first time client at Olivere's please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete your consultation to determine the best treatment for your individual needs. Every effort will be made to accomodate late arrivals, though we regret full service time may not be possible.
Health Matters When booking an appointment please inform us of any health conditions. This includes high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, vascose veins or pregnancy. This ensures no disappointment when treatment cannot be preformed. The information is confidential.
Patch Test Patch tests must be carried out 24 hours before waxing, tinting and tanning treatments. This applies to your first visit to Olivere's Health & Beauty.
Privacy Policy We appreciate the confidence you place in us with your beauty care needs. Relationships are important and we take our relationship with you very seriously. We respect each clients right to personal privacy, so any information, conversations etc will not be disclosed to third parties. The only occasion that Olivere's will use an email address submitted by you, with your permission, is to send you from time to time further information on products and special offers. You do have the option to opt out of receiving our email newsletter at any time.
Mobile Phones We would like you to think of Olivere's as your private "Quiet Zone", where silence, subtle music and soft conversation reign. To ensure your relaxation, and that of others is not disturbed, we request that your mobile phone is switched off during your visit to the salon. Thank you.
Cancellation Policy As a courtesy, and because your appointment is reserved especially for you, we ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please have available a credit card, laser, or gift voucher number to secure treatment over a certain amount. Any NO-SHOW appointments will incur 50% charge of reserved services or redeemable gift voucher value.

Communication Please communicate to your assigned therapist your specific expectations both before and during the treatment (if necessary) so that they can target your specific needs (whether it be more extensive extractions, deeper massage, square or round nails, shape etc...) Our aim is to make your visit to Olivere's enjoyable. Please give us your feedback on your salon experience through our customer service questionaire. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers make a great gift for a friend or loved one. Gift vouchers are available for any amount of money, or as a treatment (special offers cannot be purchased as vouchers). They are valid for six months from date of purchase, and are not refundable or transferable.

- Over the phone by calling 058 - 45222 (voucher will be posted within 24 hours of purchase if required)
We accept laser and major credit cards. Each gift voucher is supplied with a full price list and information on the salon.
Special offers are only valid for the set times advertised and cannot be bought for a voucher.
Payment Options We accept cash, cheque, laser and all major credit cards. Olivere's Health & Beauty is a VAT registered business.

Valuables Many of our treatments require the removal of your jewellery which will be stored safely in your treatment room. Please ensure you receive all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Aftercare Aftercare leaflets are available to each client on waxing, electrolysis and microdermabrasion.
Feedback We welcome all feedback on our service and would encourage you to contact us at any time with any suggestions or dissatisfication you might have. If you have had a negative experience you can be assured that we will place priority to rectify it. In this way we can provide a better service to you the customer. All courses are valid for three months, and non-refundable or transferable.
